Larger lawns require more time, labor, and equipment usage.

Obstacles & Landscaping Features

Properties with landscaping beds, trees, fences, swing sets, or other obstacles require additional trimming and maneuvering time. The more detailed the lawn, the more labor is involved — and pricing adjusts accordingly.

Shape of the Lawn

A simple rectangular lawn is quicker to mow than an irregularly shaped property with curves and tight areas.

Access to the Property

Narrow gates may prevent us from using larger mowing equipment, increasing service time. Limited parking or long distances from where our truck and trailer can be positioned may also affect the overall time required.

Weekly Service Only

To maintain a consistently healthy and manicured lawn, we currently provide weekly mowing services only.

Even during the hottest summer months when grass growth slows, we will continue to visit your property weekly. If mowing is not necessary due to weather conditions, our crew will still:

• Trim around beds, trees, and structures
• Edge sidewalks and driveways
• Maintain clean lines and a polished appearance

This ensures your property always looks neat, maintained, and professionally cared for — without interruption.
